Hoof Care
You Can Depend On
Corrective Trimming and Shoeing
Every part of a horse is effected by the structure and soundness of a horse's hooves, uneven or damaged hooves can cause all sorts of issues from joint problems to behavior issues, which is why their care is so important. A horse's hooves are also a reliable indicator of potential health problems such as poor nutrition.
Our Farrier
Nathan Ledoux and his wife in addition to trimming horses, run a dog training, boarding and grooming business together. A Navy Veteran, Nathan joined the Army National Guard in 2019, and has been serving ever since. When his wife decided to get back into horses, they struggled to find a farrier. Nathan saw a need within his community to fill, so he took and graduated from the apprentice course, and is still taking the advanced course at the Michigan Horseshoeing Institute, under the mentorship of Master Farrier Jason Speith (President of Michigan Horseshoeing Institute, and member of the Brotherhood of Working Farriers Association)
